How long does production take?

All items are handmade to order in our Dorset workshop and production time does vary on different products.

 

  • Non personalised crates - 3 working days.

     

  • All printed and personalised items - 5 working days.

     

  • Console tables - 5 working days.

     

  • Shelves - 5 working days.

  • Custom orders - 5 working days

How long does delivery take after manufacture and dispatch?

Delivery within mainland UK usually takes 1 -2 working days after dispatch. Please refer to our production times to check the dispatch time of your chosen product as these do vary.

Once dispatched you will received an email and/or text from the couriers with the delivery date.

The couriers will then contact you again on the morning of delivery with a notification of the estimated time of delivery.

Please ensure your email address and mobile telephone number are entered correctly to ensure that you receive these updates.

Delivery to Non mainland UK and remote addresses is not free and can take up to 7 days from the date of dispatch.

Is shipping still free to non UK and remote locations?

  • Unfortunately shipping to following postcodes is not free

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, sorry.

How do I add my personalisation details?

Please ensure to add your personalisation details to the correct field when placing your order.

Please double check the spelling and grammar of your note as the wording will be copied and pasted as you have typed it. For this reason we cannot be held responsible for any typos or incorrect grammar.

If you are requesting anything other than the standard personalisation design please contact us before placing your order to ensure your request is possible. If once you have received a reply from us with confirmation that you request can be done you decide to go ahead and place your order, then please ensure to add the specific details you have requested, including layout, font request etc along with the personalisation details.

Can you make custom size products?

At Apple crates UK we know that a standard doesn't always 'fit all'.  If you have an alcove that is just that bit too small to fit one of our apple crate shoe racks, or a new product you want to show off but the depth of our standard retail display unit is just a little too small or too large then just let us know and we can make a custom size piece for you. Pretty much anything is possible and we thrive on bringing your ideas to life. If you can imagine it, it is likely that we can make it in our Dorset based workshop so please just let us know your specific requirements and we'll take care of the rest. Don't forget all our items can be personalised or branded with your company name or logo to really help with brand awareness and make your product stand out from the crowd. 

Can I return my item?

At Apple Crates UK, we take pride in hand making all of our products to order. Unfortunately, because of this handmade to order approach, we are not  able to accept returns on any products that have been correctly supplied as the item has been made especially for you.

We understand that your satisfaction is of utmost importance, and we are committed to delivering top-quality products therefore if there is an issue with your order, such as a mistake on our part or a defect* in the product such as damage in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly work with you to offer a replacement product at our cost.

Before placing your order, it is imperative to double-check all personalisation details to ensure accuracy as mistakes cannot be rectified once they have been printed.
