At Apple Crates UK, we take pride in hand making all of our products to order. Unfortunately, because of this handmade to order approach, we are not  able to accept returns on any products that have been correctly supplied as the item has been made especially for you.

We understand that your satisfaction is of utmost importance, and we are committed to delivering top-quality products.

Before placing your order, it is imperative to double-check all personalisation details to ensure accuracy as mistakes cannot be rectified once they have been printed.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a mistake on our part or a defect* in the product such as damage in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly work with you to offer a replacement product at our cost.
